Sebab itu dipanggil Tok Empat iaitu gelaran untuk ketua kampung di Pahang.Makanan istimewa disini adalah Mee Jawa Sungai Lembing.Satu lagi keistimewaan disini adalah adanya galeri gambar-gambar lama Sungai Lembing.Semua gambar-gambar lama Sungai Lembing ini diletakkan dalam bingkai gambar dan digantung pada satu dinding sampai penuh.Selain gambar lama aktiviti melombong di Sungai Lembing, juga terdapat koleksi gambar Yang Dipertua Agong Malaysia.Lokasi kedai Tok Empat Dol ini berhadapan dengan Muzium Sungai Lembing. Macam skala dibelakangnya ada Perpisahan Desa Sungai Lembing dan Dewan Orang Ramai Sungai Lembing.
