It is a fusion of French, Japanese, Spanish, Italian cuisine. Having an international set of wine and beer. We began with Iberico ham with ripe mango slices, which models the tone for the delicious supper. The appetizer set finished with huge green olives. Themain course included 2 forms of pasta - one inside essential olive oil, another in dark ink. Furthermore enjoyed rib attention steak cooked medium uncommon for that gentle, chewy taste. Dinner was enjoyed a lot more with German beer and burgandy or merlot wine from Chile. Sion comes with an extensive wine stock which guests will certainly appreciate. The great thing about Sion though may be the casual ambience and warm, personalized service. Provided the opportunity, will definitely keep coming back.

Cost almost bar-like once we were seated on the long bar. Therefore just shot one photograph. Hope to post even more. No food weren't prepared there so that it was not reduced chair unlike some where in fact the chef prepares foods right before you.The meals is tasty. We'd their signature salad with bacon, oysters with olive, scallops and pork throat. Suffice to state that it had been good and tastes were complex. Could have more outings.

It is a favourite restaurant, that i frequented regularly. Attended their wines matching dinner event lately, whereby chef Shiomi-san, fits the meals with the wines quite harmoniously. However, was just a little dissatisfied this time as the wagyu A3 has been over-cooked thus became actually tough -didn't surface finish the wagyu dine. Shiomi-San is really a talented make and believe this minimal slip-up was due to the team eating with 22 pax. As he could be the only make and he single-handedly prepared the whole dinner, therefore overwhelmed with the duty, which led to the mistake. The administration has to take notice and rectify the problem by employing a sous-chef to aid him. Overall, it had been a poor experience, nevertheless wouldn't become disturb by this encounter and will continue steadily to frequent this location. Only thing will attempt to prevent organising a big team (above 20 pax) supper function.

FOR RESIDENTS (not vacationers) A reasonably new place work by way of a Japanese chef. The meals quality is excellent; we'd the veal tongue stew (delicious), foie gras (great but lacked a little bit of "umph"), Tako Ajillo (wonderful, like Spanish octopus baked in essential oil with buttonmushrooms and garlic that was quite tasty), Sion salad (fine) and oyster carpaccio (tasty). Overall excellent however, not cheap; they cost RM80 corkage for wine yet haven't any wine below RM180 and two pcs of loaf of bread are RM6.
