The very best chun kien I've ever endured. The pork is new and juicy. The slices are usually thick and broad. The broth is filled with flavour. Since its made by hand and cooked refreshing, it markets out by lunchtime.The kon lau mien isn't for the faint-stomached. Its made out of pork fat so it is DELICIOUS but additionally greasy.
