Among the best high quality hakka food u possess tasted. Soup tasted genuine not covered with an excessive amount of salt or msg. Plenty of ingredients and them all tasted great together

Fine Hakka noodles and attempting Lou esp. taufu, place a lot more garlic and cili sauce right into a plate of minced meat noodle.

I today understand the polarizing testimonials for this dish. The reality: noodle and meats are well cooked, quick service.Also an undeniable fact: seasoning is lacking (deliberately?); appears to only utilize the black sauce which means you get the full meats flavour. Incorporating the self-serve garlic is meant to perform the taste but also for newbies, you'll most likely get it wrong. Eventually ends up the dinner will become an experiment. At RM8 for a little bowl, it's amazingly pricier than KL price.
