Wow the famous Ipoh salted poultry! This is simply not a shop, it is a factory currently to despatch to any drop by car. Of training course you aren't leaving Ipoh without purchasing at least a few chicken for gifts.

Chicken size is little because they use spring poultry. Reasonable cost. One of many ingredients used may be the Angelica Roots aka Dong Gui, stuffed in the poultry. During steaming (far better eat it hot), it is possible to smell the aromatic herbal treatments and I really like thetaste of it. Poultry meats is tender with the ideal balance of saltiness (far better consume with rice) and organic flavours. Constantly bought frozen to create back home.

Bought to use , randomly chose this stall when i was passing simply by. It had been so so, a little tad salty , but in any other case ok. If u possess a big family, have to get a lot more than 1 as it’s an extremely small chicken.
