The allspice poultry is my favourite despite the fact that it’s an appetiser. Properly marinated and crispy torched epidermis with a hint of nutmeg utilized. Capellini was my following fav dish. Well balanced flavour and pasta had been al dente! Same would go to the tiger prawn pasta. Full bodied dish though it look easy.The Caesar salad needed more anchovy but was informed that some customers found it too salty. Furthermore highlighted to the to maybe have crisp seaweed rather than a limp one.What I love concerning the menu selection is that as the apps & mains could be bold, experimental flavours, the desserts are kept simple and absolutely nothing too fancy. Definitely an excellent selection to end meals. Strawberry sabayon, chocolate cake and the off menus milk tart had been decadent and tasty. Hats off to the group!
