The breads appears beautiful but doesn't taste enjoy it should. Sourdough breads was dense, there have been no bubbles. The Discomfort de Champagne (image added) was incredibly powdery and in addition had no bubbles inside them. The within of both breads appearance the same as a sandwich loaf and didn't bring it's signature scent. Same applies to the French loaf. The whitened sandwich bread was dried out, even when fresh, whenever a slice of breads is usually folded, it breaks.
