Staff has been unfriendly, rude may be the correct word. Cutlery was dirty. Food portion has been too small, whilst overpriced. Service is slow, clearing up of table needs 30 minutes. Food quality : Poor. Ocean bass was tasteless. Pizza was uncooked. Lasagne portion is similar to the sizeof the bar soap.

started by buying x2 minesteone soups tasted mostly associated with tinned tomato flavour none when another flavours came by means of,it was smallest part ever !! Italians will be embarrassed to assist that amount,furthermore the toasted garlic loaf of bread has been dunked into soup leading to it to break aside,the garlic was natural on top ,not genuine and at RM13 a bowl I'd expect better, second of all ordered a meat lovers pizza, I'm afraid base may have done with handful of mi mutes more simply because base crispy but somewhat doughy still within,the meat was bland simply got strong tomato base, not just a unpleasant meal but definitely not a good meal, server has been polite although may have engaged a lot more (wasnt rude or poor) This place requires a retraining of cheofs and perhaps the waiter must smile more and build relationships customers the costs are overpriced for that which was served place was clean ..ish right now I wouldn't return

Ish Meets World

This restaurant, next to the Mercure hotel, serves European/Italian food. I had not been delighted by my seafood pasta, but my travelcompanians enjoyed the poultry/mushroom sauce with potato wedges. Wine costs are usually exuberant (MYR38,-) for a little glass.
