破损的墙纸，角落的壁虎屎，不对称的三只筷子，还有汤里的昆虫这些都是可以避免的，墙纸与壁虎屎并不是当天造成的。每天开门迎客前，需要再把卫生整理干净，尤其是角落。三只筷子在日式餐厅属于低级错误。
