Nice English style tea room in Penang's Straits Quay. Winter Warmers overlooks the Marina which is a good spot to get a relaxing chat. In addition they sell dainty tea room style ceramics, although they might be a a little pricy.

My sister and I really like this place. The ambience and home design creates an extremely warm and fuzzy feeling every time we dine there. They've some excellent food; our favorite is definitely the cheese baked spaghetti.

Decor is decent. Fruit tea was good. Pasta and rice average. Service was mediocre. We waited eighty minutes for meals. If you are likely to take so long, it really is standard procedure to see the customer beforehand.

I love the smell of fresh coffee and toast bread and cosy English ambient. The restaurant display tea set on the market at one corner and enjoy the decor. Sandwiches and croissant weren't bad. And for breakfast set with free flow coffee or teais affordability should you have the complete morning to invest there.
