I ordered two glasses of milk tea with honey jelly, but We received zero jelly, kosong! My cash was covered nothing!? Besides, I've ordered milk tea many times, and each time We specified that We don’t require a straw, nevertheless, you always give myself the straw. Does your shop really value it? Is it possible to improve it more?
