Every component in this bowl is carefully considered and cooked to perfection. The noodles are gentle but still strong to the bite, the handmade pork meatballs melts in the mouth area, the abundance of regional tomatoes and fermented greens (糟菜) in this dish provides soup an indescribable complicated flavour and depth, sesame essential oil for tantalizing aroma also to top everything off, a flawlessly poached egg and refreshing spring onions for display and extraness.

目前吃到诗巫最好吃的糟菜粉干，料够多味道浓，带有红酒香味，非常值得推荐 而且不知道为何这里凉风很大，坐外面特别舒服。只是等待的时间太长些了，接近半小时才到，可能是慢工出细活吧。这地方的泊车位子有限，可能会走比较远。
