It was not a excellent sign for me at that time, though fortunately that weird relish went away as I kept on eating and the underlying flavours started to come through. It gets a 7/10 from me. As I in additionk my first bite into the noodles I could relish a pungent and sourish relish, which I suspect came from the chilli paste they use.
