Good for couple go for us who wish to hold our own choice of meat for the Bak kut teh. Another difference from the ordinary Bak Kut Teh we had is on this spot they serve single portion of each cut of the pork. Although we can't really tell the different from the texture of the meat with string tied or without string tied ( string tied method is their unique recipe in cooking the meat for the Bak kut Teh).
