We were traveling around in Slot Dickson searching for the recommended cafe for supper. However the eating place that people intended to visit had not been operating on your day. We appeared around and see Restoran Interface Dickson and determined we have to dine there no where else. Once the weather is humid beneath the hot scotching sun, it is advisable to order cool coconut beverage to expel heat. Stirred Fried Dou Miao along with Garlic was pretty regular but was instead oily as well. Sotong was fresh, tender with coated with tasty batter. In case you are expecting Tofu on hotplate has a lot more than simply Tofu, then it'll be disappointing. With us used to the Singapore edition of Hotplate Tofu, this dish appears boring with simply egg and Tofu, without some other vegetables to improve its display. On a side take note, the Tofu acquired an odd taste that is never to my liking. We'd chosen the Teochew steaming design for our fish. Seafood had been topped with coriander, tomato, preserved veggies and Tau Gua. Meats was rather basic and didn't have much taste. Nevertheless the soup of the dish has been still tasty. Overall, food was instead average but still in a position to fill up our empty stomachs for the dinner meal.

We tried the crab in its lovely and spicy sauce and the main one fried in salty duck eggs. Both are very flavourful although crabs certainly are a little thin. I actually loved the mantis shrimp and their squid fried in salty duck egg as well. Nevertheless, their steamed fish lacked flavour though it do taste fresh enough. The downside, as the food were acceptable, we thought that it had been pricier than its actual worth.
