I've ordered chicken rice. 1)To begin with, the shipping was delayed by your rider after he previously picked the food 2)I've received an incomplete purchase, I've received chicken minus the rice. 3) I've contacted your customer support (Ayesha) and gave them substitute for deliver the rice or even give me the entire refund. She mentioned she can only offer partial refund RM4. Like seriously? I've paid like RM13 and I'm left without meal by the end and you supply me a refund of RM4? Personally i think website will be stealing my cash without offering me the meals for which i covered. 4) I've requested a call back again from your manager because the agent can’t assist me a lot and she promised to provide me a contact within 30 to 40mins and We didn’t receive any contact until now. Very poor program!!! Pls refund my cash and my issue isn't resolved!
