Lastly another option for tonkatsu. Saboten hails from Japan with outlets around the globe. That is their 1st chain in Malaysia. Actually discovered it strolling about in 1 Utama. Ended up being a great find. Simple design with wooden style & brightlighting. Open cooking area to view the chefs get ready the many tonkatsu. Service is helpful & attentive. Prices are small on the high aspect but standard of tonkatsu restaurants. I tried this location twice now & both appointments were great. Tried the huge pork loin & furthermore the cheese tenderloin. Your tonkatsu includes limitless cabbage, rice & miso soup. You'll get sesame seeds that you surface yourself before increasing the tonkatsu sauce. Good touch because the aroma of the freshly pounded sesame is usually appetizing. For the cabbage there's the sesame or yuzu dressing. Washed everything lower with some green tea extract. Overall an excellent meal. Definitely would recommend.

The meals is good with plenty of more fresh vegetables side dishes or salad... I love the sesame on a grinder or rock pounder... We particularly just like the lemon sorbet
