NY Steak Shack - Steaks, Burgers & Shakes

If you are only after 'reasonable cost', then maybe it's ok. But, in order to like a good steak want I did, there is a excellent chance you will be disappointed. The steaks (that was about 1cm thick) tasted like what you'd get from anunknown cafe in a neighbourhood. The staff was playing noisy music, sounded like ambiguous IT Mall noise. For service, this young lady Noor (who was simply pretty good) was the only 1 doing everything, using orders, collecting bills and refilling beverages. The only real other guy noticeable was busy inflating balloons from the corner, because the lunchtime crowd swells. They sure know their priorities.

Can’t comment concerning the previous testimonials but I had an extremely good experience with my NY cheese burger and accompanying banana milkshake. The beef patty really was thick and meaty therefore no complaints.

I visited the main one in Subang Parade. Sadly, I must say I will not be returning. My aspect orders, corn and fries, both came cold. Furthermore, the corn was as well buttery. Nothing special concerning the steak.

I'm unfortunate that I could not really give this location a rating less than the main one I gave. Horrible waiting around time and clueless staff. Had to hold back for the purchase to be studied. Wait even much longer for the food that comes cool. To best it off,my costs was wrong. I pray that was simply an off time for them else are going to gone very quickly. In the mean period, that is one dissatisfied consumer which will never return.
