Servis lembab satu jam menunggu untuk menunggu makanan siap , tukang ambil oder langsung tidak peka dengan kedatangan pelanggan yang datang dahulu , menyebabkan pelanggan yang kemudian terima makanan dahulu . Tiada adab dan budi bahasa pada pelanggan.Bila membuat oder bungkus , dapat lain , oder lain bayaran penuh , bila dimaklumkan kembali banyak helah dan alasan . Consumer tidak kisah kalau makanan mahal sedap , punyai budi bahasa & adab sopan tapi bila tiada stage ini pelanggan amat marah dan kecewa .

Assistance slow sangat. Waiter cuma sorang, yang buat roti canai pun sorang. Orang buat roti canai tu juga yang nak entertain client. Bungkus roti canai. Bilangan employees tak mampu nak cater consumer yang ramai. Therefore orang terpaksa tunggu lama untuk dapat kan satu roti canai kosong. Tu baru roti canai kosong, belum roti yang lain
