The fried whole thigh is fresh out from the wok. Crispy outside and steaming easy tender juicy inside! The tempe is usually freshly fried as well! Delish. Right now... to the superstar of the dish the sambal cili. That is a classic labour of like towards cooking. Shouldtake a while to get ready, cili is properly cooked without the bitterness if u hurry the process it'll hangus. This reminds me of the chinese design dried sambal udang paste. It is spicy however, not super spicy, keep carefully the sambal privately will let u handle heat level but we end up clearing up my sambal... licin! I'm counting the times for my next click here. Because of qhalifah irwan Faiz and all of the staffs. #foodhunt #melaka2015 #sedapdapdap
