After a long trip to Bako National Recreation area, we were brought here by way of a friend. The primary part of the cafe was on stilts included in the sea, however when we came it had been low tide so very little to see, however the sea breezewas nice. Being truly a small group, we're able to not sample several dishes, but I would like to touch upon the Salted Prawns. Once the dish arrived, it appeared as if the standard sort of steamed refreshing prawn dishes easily available in Malaysia and Singapore. But I was very intrigued through coarse salt which in the beginning, did not do very much to the taste. So initially there's the natural flavor of the prawn, enhanced with the slices of the chili bits. But crunching on the coarse salt crystals releases the additional taste in a burst of feeling. Quite a way to avoid it from the town, but definitely really worth a visit!

After our visit of the Bako National Recreation area we stopped by this eating place on suggestion of our homestay owner from THE KEBUN. Seafood is great at affordable prices. We'd scallops, fried prawns, steamed seafood and steamed bamboo clams, all very delicious. It isjust a 10 minute get from the jetty to Bako National Recreation area and really should not be missed. Thumbs up!

After spending the majority of the day in Bako national park, photographing the Proboscis monkey plus some snakes, we headed to Sin Shortly Lee Seafood Eating place. The meals was delicious, and even though it looked like we'd ordered too very much for our band of six, itwas all polished off quickly. Fresh Coconut drinking water was an excellent accompaniment. An Oyster omelette has been something I experienced never had (or heard about ) before, and was excellent. Highly recommended in case you are in your community and a Seafood lover.

Although it is fairly far from the town, the meals and environment, overall , is amazing.Among the dishes that I must say i recommend, may be the asam seafood curry and the butter prawns. The flavours had been exceptional and therefore, this restaurant is strongly suggested.

When both good foods & calming atmosphere simply by the river mixed, it creates the whole go through the best one ever. I would recommend their asam seafood & Vietnamese design prawns with heavy fried bun. Other meals are good as well but both of these are constantly in mylist whenever I drop by here. Sitting simply by the river with the fishing boats for sale nearby, it is possible to guessed that they obtain the fresh seafood offer nearby. Also, you can find tanks with fishes, mussels & prawns in the cafe. It's appropriately made with it being truly a seafood restaurant.
