We were taken up to Ruma Asap on our last Kuching check out. Physically it isfairly regular stalls area - high roofing, lots of tables, selection of food, open up for there's some air movement, higher roof, and a large screen I suppose for viewing however, not on when we have there been. The best thing was the meals choice, a lot more native than regular and really delicious. There's Chinese food nearby as well.

The food is excellent but the hygiene area of the restaurant such as for example table, chair, floor and the worst may be the toilet !

This is actually the best spot to try local Dayak food. There are several stalls for you yourself to choose. You will find roast pork, BBQ ikan keli, ayam pansuh, midin, tuak and etc at Rumah Asap. Parking may be a little issue since it is alwayscrowded. Incidentally, they will have live band as well. So its a good spot to go out with friends. Recommend to tourist if they're searching for authentic dayak food.
