Esther, the waitress took the incorrect order and didn't even repeat the purchase before she still left the desk. We ordered two lovely and sour seafood rice, but buttermilk seafood rice were offered. Another purchase of fu yong egg rice had not been written in theorder checklist. Whenever we reminded her, she didn't actually apologise!!! In a cocky way, she simply said "Salah kah?" = " Could it be incorrect?" to us. What an frustrating and ignorant solution to customers! Booo....

We ordered 2 lovely and sour seafood rice, 1 ,fu yong egg rice and manicai egg here. The waitress who taken care of us, called ESTHER (her colleague informed us the title), didn't repeat our purchase before she remaining us. When the meals were served,both nice and sour turn out to be buttermilk seafood rice. She didn't actually write down my purchase of fu yong egg rice. When questioned her once again, her reply had been simply merely "Salah kah?" (Could it be wrong?). She didn't also apologise. Her supervisor do exactly like well. Ultimately, I simply cancelled the fu yong egg rice and visited other place for supper. What a horrible customer support! I'll definitely NOT heading back again.
