Lovely smoky charcoal roasted chicken that brings the tastebuds straight home. The poultry rice is great. Lighting, fluffy and aromatic with a aspect of do-it-yourself pickle salad. Like the burst of spice from the chilies. Oh.... and do request the wonderful owners for additional portions of these amazing do-it-yourself sambal.... Perrrghhh.... bak orang Sarawak madah, "Lickin fingertips goods!"
