Xin Cuisine acts arguably the very best dim sum in KL. In fact it is mostly of the restaurants that still offers dim sum carts roaming the eating hall. They do various kinds of dim sum well. Favourites are usually:siu mai (steamed pork and prawn dumplings),har kau (steamed prawn dumplings),char siu bao (steamed bbq pork buns),sin chuk kuin (seafood covered in tofu skins and braised in a seafood sauce - from the steamed dim sum variety),steamed pork ribs with dark beans, braised chicken ft,nor mai gai (steamed glutinous rice with poultry, mushroom and Chinese sausage),woo kok (heavy fried taro dumplings filled with meats),ham sui kok (strong fried glutinous rice dumpling filled with meat) - designed to purchase, chan bao (baked bbq pork buns),char siu sou (bbq pork in a flaky pastry),salad prawns (deceptively named serious fried prawn dumpling - the salad in the title identifies the salad dressing it really is served with. No veggies make an appearance right here),chao lo bak kou (stir fried white-colored radish cake with prawns and veggies),zi ma zou (glutinous rice dumplings filled with lotus paste and protected in sesame seeds),egg tarts andlau sar bao (steamed salted egg yolk custard buns) - designed to order. They are the recurring cast of figures on our table every time we visit. Not really everything on the menu would be to our taste. We've tried most points on their menu through the years plus some things fell lacking our anticipations or were not to your taste. But they are few.Desserts are usually great - the almond tofu (hang yan taufu) is properly made (however, not for individuals who despise this kind of odor), gwai ling kou (natural jelly) is wonderful, honey dew sago, ocean coconut soup, and mango pudding are very pleasant. We've not tried others. Often we have been too complete for dessert after dim sum.Support suffered a bit following the Covid-19 lockdowns because of staff shortages. It’s nevertheless okay on weekdays but on weekends if they can be loaded for hours, it could be hard to flag down a worker or obtain the cart ahead round. A little bit of patience is essential.Prices are greater than your regular dim sum location but that's in exchange for an increased quality of components, freshly starched desk linens, and the nicer atmosphere including live guzhang songs every lunchtime.

Lovely ambiance of a quaint Chinese restaurant , particularly when it’s filled up with mesmerising music from the GuZheng. Good artist as well.Yummy Siew Mai , but at that cost, I’ve surely got to mention your kitchen should stored these within covered containers instead of exposed before keeping within the fridge. The Siew Mai preferences of ‘fridge’, once you learn why.Aloe Vera dessert will be refreshing but could possibly be better chilled. It is a chilled dessert. IT'LL surely taste much better with crushed ice.The service is prompt and courteous.Overall, great experience.

Food is actually good. But I've ranked them 3 stars cos they will have somehow missed phoning our quantity while q-Ing. We waited for greater than a hour. By enough time we obtained it, lots of items was sold-out. :/

I have already been to Xin Cuisine cafe since the opening of the hotel for both individual and business. Most of us loved this eating place for it's awesome foods, lovely ambience, lunching region & most important- the regard and professional support you don't get at other areas. From the entry of the cafe, the receptionist usually greet me with warm and sincere sunshine grin. The service is great, always ensuring our dim sum are usually etiquette and meals is piping warm. Truly remarkable. Also done well to all or any the chefs. To the delight the lunch time exceeds my culinary anticipation. The dim sum is great and so may be the À la carte cuisine that i will attached a few of my favourite dishes.

Dimsum is great , especially Siew mai. Siew lengthy bao so therefore, dessert that people orders are awful. Honey dew sago filled with colouring odor & almond bean curd as well strong smell.
