Could you think that they ran out of warm water and make everyone waited for a lot more than 40 minutes for 1 drink? Its an instant breakfast location where you usually finish your meal within ten minutes. Should have educated earlier when clients placed order, rather than losing people's time, and show faces once you follow-up!
