12 folks, 7 dishes, 20 mins from begin to end - a vintage tale of Chinese individuals & food. From the nutshell, we chatted a little once we waited for the meals to be offered. The place lent sort of ramshackle-ish atmospherebut we weren't right here for the decor. Car parking was easy - restricted bays at the entry, else additional bays about 30-40 ft aside (guarded by 3 watchdogs, I kid you not really), else the roadside. Correct smack in a home area, it's not too difficult to get as signage was quickly visible from the primary road. Since it had simply rained, there was an awesome night time breeze about and proved helpful well for a cafe without walls. Services was attentive & true sufficient, 10 mins after buying, our dishes came: 1. Stir-fried ngai-pak (infant bok-choy) with garlic and kei-chee (wolfberries) => ok 2. Sizzling spicy seafood (ocean prawns & squid/calamari) on banana leaf offered on hotplate => yummy x 3! 3. Steamed wan-yue (carp) with minced ginger sauce => advance purchase for the special "seafood belly reduce", yummy x 2! 4. Tofu with loofah (sing-kua) in pumpkin sauce => yummy! 5. Poh-king pai-kuat (pork chop in particular sauce) => yummy x 3! 6. German knuckle in black pepper lotion sauce=> advance purchase, yummy x 3! 7. Futt-put (stir-fried poultry cubes & mixed vegetables with cashew nuts offered in yam band) => ok They didn't skimp on the portions and white rice was plenty to bypass. We'd chinese tea. Once we celebrated a friend's 80+ birthday, the eating place kindly supplied plates & forks for the birthday cake. Bill found RM275. Yes, there may be hope for good foods without cut-throat costs in KL! The area also served seafood - various other tables were hectic cracking & hammering their crabs.

I had a good dinner with buddies in a quiet region (that is unusual for KL). Foods was good rather than very spicy. It had been also served pretty quick and the employees was nice. They practice the most common 10% tip upon the bill.
