This place shares the same venue as other marvellous creations - Cantaloupe, Fuego, Coppersmith & Claret. Few reviews online recommended to make reservations to avoid disappointment. We did as advised and visited Strato on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Not too busy during that time so we're happy to have the space to ourselves. For ladies, take note if wearing a dress as you need to climb a staircase to Strato, above Claret. We begin with some bread and ordered a starter to share, an antipasti consist of mozzarella cheese and three different tomatoes. The ingredients were so fresh I dig into it as soon as it's served, forgetting to capture the beautiful dish. I love the mozzarella and momotaro tomatoes, which is really sweet & crisp. We also had garganelli and a smoked duck bacon pizza. I believe the pasta are made in the house as I can still see the layer of fresh dough between the pasta cooked al dente. The sauce is made with two different cheeses, pretty rich to taste. The portion was descent and good to share if you couldn't handle too much cheese. The pizza was a thin crust loaded with pesto, smoked duck bacon and few quail eggs. I'd say the crust was dry we dip it into olive oil to moist it.I would recommend this place for casual dining or date nights. Enjoy!

The portobello mushroom and duck egg pizza was exceptionally good! We also had the fowl with polenta and tagliatelle cooked in squid ink, which were okay for our taste. The price of the food we thought was reasonable. It is advisable to make a booking beforehand and request for the table right by the balcony. You’ll get the best view of the KL skyline that way, for pictures and your own view while dining. Service was quick and the waiters were friendly. Recommended for Italian food lovers and the ambience and view it offers.

Wow!! What an amazing surprise stumbling across this amazing restaurant when in KL. Food is faultless, drinks are fairly priced albeit on the higher side and the service is great.Pizzas are epic. The Ravioli is incredible. My only issue was the restaurant had sold out of 6 of the main dishes on the menu (one being the Rib Eye with salsa verde which I was craving) by 7:30pm on a Saturday.. this should have been catered for.Would highly recommend and will be back if in KL again. 😊

Tried their spinach tagliatelle salami pasta which was nice, and the fresh blue lobster pasta is highly recommended 👍🏻. Overall, it's a nice dinner place with good view.
