Hi,Hopefully the administration will wake up,Customer support is 1 out 5,Won't repeat.Was presently there to dine in, treated because not there.Certainly the management hasn’t trained the staff because you’ll discover the close by secret recipe (SR) provides excellent customer experience despite this is a much smaller sized restaurant.We doubt the administration of SR bertam will read this so it’s around SR headquarter to accomplish something about any of it. Unless they don’t thoughts the brand obtaining a bad rep.Besides that SR bertam nevertheless maintain an excellent timing and regular of cooking so far as my purchase can be involved.All in great faith, wish something is done about any of it, nothing personal.
