Putu is a common dish in Kerala - South India and often had during breakfast and was surprised to find it in Kuala Lumpur. They were easily stored for a day since I could not finish the whole pack. Well these bamboo steamed Putu's (steamed rolls made from rice flour) of Pandan Flavour with a soft palm jaggery filling and coated in coconut was perfect filler between meals.
