Patronised Mun Wah in 30 July. First-time tasting this noodles fried with dark sauce. Thumbs up! Delicious!!! The ikan parang fishcakes 西刀鱼饼were really tasty too! The only real hiccup was the vegetables which we felt weren't too fresh and were too much to chew.(Inside Cantonese: 啲菜好老) We are back Singapore for almost 14 days and the very thought of Hokkien Mee and the seafood cakes help to make us drool. Eatery is located together Jalan Maharajalela, just 5-min push from ibis Designs Frasers Business Park. Parking can be acquired just beyond your eatery. They were the eateries/dining places we patronised on 29-31 July 2017. 29 July 1. Jin Xuan HK Dim Sum 锦选香港点心 2. Foong Foong Ampang Yeong Tao Foo 鸿鸿安邦酿豆腐 3. Sarawak Noodle Home 砂州面馆(near ibis Designs Frasers Business Recreation area) - can't evaluation. But we included an image of its shop front side and meals under ibis Designs Frasers Business Park. Meals was delicious! 30 July 1. Kakkata Ippudo @ The Gardens, MidValley. 2. Alexis Cakes @ The Gardens, MidValley. 3. Mum Wah Hokkien Mee 文华福建面家 31 July 1. Old White City Coffee at Sungei Wang

Usually the Hokkien Mee about an excellent day taste great. Adequate Wok Hei but sambal chilli not really up to tag. Liver bits and lard increase its tastiness. Has part dishes like poultry wings, fish cakes in addition lean meats pork soup. Parking common. Ifnone by the street side, then visit the back area. Area as yet not known to end up being hygienic so cleanliness can be an problem. Although haven't had a concern with my yet.

Among the famous dishes to use when inside Kuala Lumpur is the hokkien mee! Completely different from its Singaporean cousin, this edition is soaked in darkish sauce rather than seafood broth. Mun Wah supposedly delivers one of the sleep in KL and Icertainly agree. The noodles are stir fried with great warmth, or what the Chinese referred to as 火候, to provide it that burnt fragrance. Components included are usually sliced pork and liver. It is possible to ask to eliminate the latter unless you enjoy it but I really enjoyed the noodle very much and idea the liver is why is it unique. But why is it really tasty may be the level of pork lard the dish is usually fried with! Each mouthful bursting with artery-clogging goodness! Not just a dish to be studied regularly but definitely essential attempt when in KL!

Hokkien mee, porky soup and seafood cake are our regular order. Perfect and yummylicious. Just over RM20 per pax for a yummy supper or night time supper.
