I must admit I really do not know significantly concerning the Japanese desserts. Nevertheless, Komugi deserts were perfectly sort of sweets I required after a lengthy KL stroll. An ideal size, not too nice... Tried honjuku initial cheesecske, authentic cottage cheese, mango pudding andgreen tea pudding - adored them all. EASILY am to suggest one - mango pudding will be ghe winner.

The initial and chocolate hanjuku cheesecakes are astounding good! These smooth gems melt in the mouth area and the flavouring is merely right - not as well bland in a way that you cant flavor anything; rather than too strong in a way that you cannot flavor the cheese. Somehow Ifeel that I cant simply have one, I'd possess both flavours, and crave to possess another. We uncovered if we buy 6 pieces, a good box will undoubtedly be provided aswell (as pictured).

My review is founded on the Komugi bakery inside Melaka, since their store isn't listed yet and the merchandise I tried was ready and delivered from KL, I made a decision to drop a range here. We bought their Green tea extract pudding as a get outwhich was refrigerated in a showcase. The pudding container doesn't have any explanation of ingredients and day of production, in order none of the employees got any clue about whether it includes egg or when may be the expiry time. They just understand that the production reaches KL shop. Remove pudding was devote a plastic bag lacking any ice pack and shockingly one hour later, the pudding grew to become a complete liquid. Nevertheless, when I refrigerated once again in the home, it hardened right into a form of original pudding. The thing is that the actual fact the pudding became a liquid after removed from the refrigerated showcase implies that most likely it had been hardened through gelatin since it melts at . Gelatin is actually a prepared and refined pet protein, produced from bones, hides and collagenous connective cells from chicken seafood and pigs. Unless they're using specific halal gelatin, their pudding is certainly not just a halal product plus they should mention it in virtually any form or at the very least the staff ought to be educated enough with this matter. I wish they have been making use of halal gelatin to keep their repetition.

I'm uncertain how usually the staff/administration replenish the Hanjuku cheese... I get them and eat them for breakfast the very next day and they would be fine, however the original ones I purchased last night weren't as refreshing as my previous appointments(I've bought about 5 times out of this wall plug since my last evaluation). The cheese flavor was instead bland, so it's more likely they're not fresh, or possibly somebody in the main kitchen put in inadequate of some ingredient. Appears like their standards are usually slipping.
