We'd our dinner inside Kheong Kee Bak Kut Teh this past year. It is a famous cafe thus we do our booking. There are several forms of dishes aside from the bak kut teh. The purchase price is reasonable and foods is delicious. The atmosphere was great.

As a deprived Singaporean surrounded by the peppery Bak Kut Teh variants, it is a mandatory end each time I go to KL. The organic Bak Kut Teh will be beyond superb, and my buddy who swears by the peppery edition, was amazed with the latter aswell. Be sure that you call in advance in order to put additional time into cooking food the meat (half an hour quit them rather tough and challenging to bite off). The tau kwa is excellent and you also tiao is amazingly crispy - both these provide excellent dips with the soup! My malaysian friend just eats poultry and fish, yet there's something for him! The curry poultry is insanely heavy and intensely flavourful. We've however to try a lot of the vegetable meals because we usually we'd make an effort to save some abdomen room for the fried chempedak offered at makeshift stalls simply across the street (Jalan Pandan Utama) close to the run down shopping mall.

Kheong Kee has already been packed and incredibly busy whenever we arrived. Good sign! We ordered 2 pots of BKT, 1 pot of Wine Kampung Poultry, a plate of Vinegar Trotter, a big bowl of oyster sauce lettuce plus some extras for BKT like tau pokand yu char koay. The BKT soup is quite flavorful. Nearly Klang style because they go simple on Sok Dey (marinated beet root). Can nearly liken this to JB design of BKT - lighter colour soup. Entire family enjoyed the supper and can come back again.

It is situated on Taman indah and a considerable ways from downtown, nonetheless they serve poultry too like typical Bak Kut Teh served just pork. Some dishes want 30mjns to prepare from fresh just like the extra ribs but if you ask me still a touch too hard. Many Foods variety and concentrate on the herbal rather than pepper. Reasonable price...
