Kenny Hills Bakers' Crispy Fried Poultry Burger: The highlight of the dish had been overnight-brined boneless poultry thigh that golden fried. Extremely flavorful and savory, crunchy however juicy paired with lighting gentle brioche bun and its own wonderful Yuzu Aioli.What I liked may be the refreshing note arrived from the Yuzu Aioli sauce. Kinda of cut right out the fatty flavor, since it gave citrusy, minor floral, tart-sweet zing flawlessly for the heavy meals like this burger. Will be greatest if it has a lot more sauces or assist with sauce privately instead of only poured along with the burger itself.Poultry Waffle: Lovely cispy externally, fluffy inside waffles paired with succulent-crunchy-bit of spice kick poultry popcorn and pour or dip in to the luscious maple syrup and a kick of refreshing squeezed lime juice.This type of pefect pair, all flavour and texture collectively creates a harmony for tastebuds.
