    Yet it’s his drive to showcase perfect of Malaysia’s harvests that makes him truly unique for me🎉. My experience at Enfin has been nothing other than exceptional service and the highest of culinary creativity. I love this inn!. As I said, it was one of my favourite meals of the year.

    The 7 course Journey of the Senses, which is their signature degustation menu, started really strong with several interesting components yet then kind of petered off into ordinary and mediocre (especially when we hit the mains). The vegetable cooking are unexpectedly the star of the show - they use interesting combinations of imported and locally sourced vegetables from their own organic garden up in Cameron Highlands⭐.

    He’s an ambassador for several of our favourite brands adore Krug and Hennessy. Yet it’s his drive to showcase greatest of Malaysia’s harvests that makes him truly unique for me. Malaysian-born Chef James trained at Le Cordon Bleu and worked with Alain Ducasse in Paris at the 3 star Michelin canteen in Sofitel Le Parc. I was greeted by an astonishing rare single malt collection at the bar, mixologist were entertaining and could read my mood for the right cocktail.
