Today is a pathetic screen of just what a brand means. Dominos which is identified for its customer support and prompt shipping has made me await 90 mins and cancel my order. After calling for three times (post 30 mins), the replyeach time was that people are turning in 15-20 mins. So essentially the pizza was produced long back, but because of lack of individuals, it didn't get shipped. So now, Dominos desires me to consume a pizza that is made one hour ago simply because I've already paid and cannot send. Then the person gets the audacity to state that the cash will undoubtedly be refunded in 2 weeks rather than earlier. I question if it is a technique of cash laundering or getting lender interest for just two 2 days using other folks free money.

I actually ordered for breadsticks and he sent me French loaf ..what sort of service is that?!? After confirmation with me nevertheless can send the incorrect food I must say i cannot accept this type error. Pls train your employees. Tq.

What the hell is incorrect with the web site or individuals who built it?? Pick Veg topping at the top - it turns up SAMBAL VEGGIE in - which contains PRAWN. How would anyone find out this?? Guys, beware once you order out of this website!!

Domino’s Danau Kota, Setapak Branch The apps show the shipping eta will within 30mins therefore i head to bath in this era. But after 10mins the branch called me personally and explained the deliver woman arrived. I had been rushed to completely clean up and heading totake my order. The lady keep waiting me around 5-10mins but she dint show frustrated and incredibly polite to reconfirm my order is correct. An excellent experience, thank you😊

Visited OUG Parklane Domino. The support is suck! As the guest is putting the orders, cashier interrupt and we must repeat and do it again, annoying! Further compared to that, personnel do not work with a face mask and hands gloves while planning the pizza rather laughand sing aloud. What's your regular SOP of managing guest and baking at the live life kitchen?
