On Wednesday and Thursdays, they serve vinegar pork trotters, which is another local delicacy. Pork stomach soup - strong peppery relish, extremely hearty🤡. Stomach is thinly cut which is really excellent and has amazing chew texture.

On Wednesday and Thursdays, they serve vinegar pork trotters, which is another local delicacy. 3/5Preserved vegetables with pork - rather normal dish won this spotby it isn't salty enough. Pork stomach soup - strong peppery savour, absolutely hearty. Stomach is thinly cut which is really fine and has amazing chew texture.
