First and foremost, I'd like to thank the DM Ms Sharvine Solumin within assisting me with the reservation for the Oriental Afternoon Tea. She had been very effective in answering every queries I had concerning the hi tea advertising and payment related queries. I guessedwe came prematurily . as it was just me and family in the lounge (it had been around 12PM). It had been quite warm maybe as the aircon had not been fully started up yet. There have been only 2 staffs working that point, Mr Valentine and Mr Rizz. Both of these were very helpful and attentive where they also provided additional latte FOC due to the last minute add-on of just one 1 pax and at exactly the same time we had to hold back about half an hour for the chef to get ready the hi tea fixed. Rest assured, we actually appreciate the type gesture and the wait around was nothing. Are you aware that hi tea arranged, it was a variety of savoury and lovely pastries. EASILY had to select my favourite ones, it'll be the custard pineapple(?) tarts, fried dumpling and a small smoked duck(?) sliders. I believe they forgot to supply butter cubes & jams because just provided with the lotion for the scones. The one thing I dissatisfied was the portion dimension. In line with the promotion photograph, I thought it had been RM59 per individual per tier set, nonetheless it was in fact 1 tier established for just two 2 pax. My fault too for not really checking correctly with Ms Sharvine. Oh and having less menu is another issue too because I must say i wish to know the title of the pastries I'm eating. Overall, it had been a good afternoon tea food and we quite contented with it. Great job and keep writing, perhaps can truly add more products into your menu? Joyful Tiger Year 2022.
