    One of delicious location for the duck roasted with coconut milk sauce. Think it’s great. Not as well spicy so it can make all age range can consume it. Their duck not really smelly and the meats is so tender. Suggested it for lunch

    This itik (duck) salai (smoke) with coconut shell was burns slowly.. predicated on my evaluation this duck took 5 hrs for make certain the duck will be smooked and cooked..from then on they prepared with coconut milk.. never to spicy.. dont overlook sambal belacan 🤩

    Am not just a duck enthusiast, but somehow fall inside want to this smoked duck dish when I actually was first introduced. Lightly creamy, spicy, filled with fragrance, the taste is relatively unique yet traditional. Recommend if you are available to explore what regional Malaycuisine is focused on... ❤️

    Every website visitor to Kuala Lumpur must have Itik Salai Masthar Eating place on the should do list. The eating place is well-known for its smoked duck. It’s to die for. There’s furthermore smoked beef and poultry, found in Masak lemak cili padi, smoked meats coconut curry. Wealso attempted duck alone, just to appreciate its heavenly flavor. Oh, plus they have smoked seafood too. It’s Friendly to the environment; no wooden or coal burned, just the inner very difficult coconut shell can be used as energy and heat and smoke cigarettes blown into the massive smoker by big enthusiasts. The place is usually on the outskirts of KL and incredibly favored by locals. Queues build-up before opening at 11am. So make it happen early. Start with deciding on a tray and plates, spoons/knives/forks, then pick from a number of greens, shifting to your meats curries and rice. The cashier at the till totals the costs. Find a desk and you’re prepared to tuck in, while hearing a reside band. Even though you don’t realize the lyrics, the music is excellent. Staff are helpful and incredibly welcoming as will be the locals. Smiles at all times because they don’t see several tourists venture here. Stores for beverages and desserts are nearby, or attempt the frothing honey tea beverage from stall in the front. It will take about half an hour from city by way of a cab. Cabs are usually inexpensive in KL, but negotiate with a cabbie on a good price. Ask several. Some will consent to consider you and stay when you eat. Trust me it’s worthy of the trip merely to savour the initial smoked duck only. Curries are spicy, therefore have a lot of water handy. It’s located from Kampung Sungai Ramal Dalam, 43000 Kajang, Selangor.
