Visited The Substitute lodge and kitchen on the weekend inside Johor Bahru and has been struck by the captivating ambience that is a stark contrast to the chaotic roadworks outdoors 😃 it acts western halal food so do not anticipate any pork. There’s an excellent choice ofbreakfast and western menus. We purchased the breakfast platter, seafood& chips, tomato soup with cheese toast and dark coffee. Tried the chilly brew that i didn’t like; these were really nice to permit me to improve the beverage to warm coffee. Great service nevertheless, you got to appeal to the servers that are busy everywhere. Cost wise, not cheap but choose the ambience, high quality of food and good coffee.

Food was excellent. Coffee was nice as well. I like the environment. Ambience is wonderful and staff is helpful.

We bought eliminate coffee from the Alternative. Cappuccino, hot cholcolate, frosty pressed coffee are highly recommended.
