Rider was bad.He explained the food had not been ready when actually the restaurant explained food was ready very much earlier.That he did not head to collect.Only right after 30 mins he went following the food is ready.By enough time it achieve us the food had been cold.And the rider didn’t have even the courtesy to apologise and notice us.Just left the meals with this guard and still left.Very poor attitude

The rider sending the meals without wearing nose and mouth mask. I believe this is actually the SOP that citizens have to follow without exception. Please don’t place your customer in danger especially in this pandemic with situations increasing everyday 😡😡😡
