So bad service out of this outlet. Queue for get thru such a long time(time),very slow motion, attained the order device, then the employees missed out our purchase and ask us to show back(queue once again) to reorder whenever we at the pay out and pick. Without stating any sorry at all!!!!! So rude.

Probably among the worst starbucks within Penang. Literallly repeated to the man in the commute thru 5 periods that I needed chai latte. Also repeated exactly the same to the girl who received the transaction. Got house and realized he provided me dark tea. Please teach your employees to become more competent

Located close to Karpal Singh Drive, excellent location to possess Ice blended drinks such as for example Java Chips Frappuccino and cakes. Additionally you will get Sandwiches and bagel.

Among the Drive-Thru Starbucks inside Penang Island.Staffs are usually friendly & efficient as head into store, but also for Drive-Thru, the purchase kiosk's mic and speaker seem not work thus properly la, they hold listen wrongly the purchase.But overall continues to be a very nice atmosphere for chill or hangout, just hope they are able to look for a solution for the Drive-Thru order. The paper type receipt is once the program was down~ It had been really a special knowledge in Starbucks.
