The hailam oyster noodles pretty good. The bitter gourd fried with eggs are usually therefore so nya. Its as the bitter gourd are usually cut into as well thick slices. My child experienced fried rice. Fried rice are usually too oily

We had the fried rice filled with wok flavour (aka wok hei). Topping with fried pork skin and internal fried shallot will be something unique.
