Fried rice wasn’t that great, rice was hard such as not properly cooked.

The meals as usual are great but delivery quality are awful, the rider just still left the meals at security booth and do not also call me. I understand my region under lockdown but at the very least the rider should inform me very first before left the meals there. I waited 45 minutes and simply examined at the booth. The booth can be open area, anything can occur there.
