One of the better Kapitan equate to others Kapitan in Penang. Food good. Nice environment. Best for team lunch never to crowded. And quick access for parking.

This drink that serve here's so nice. You can find 3 level of tea. The sweetness is usually okay and enough. Not really over or inadequate. How big is tea also standard.

Mediocre Indian meals. Some items were alright, but some not great. Okra dish had even more onions than Okra. Hygiene had been an issue. Not very clean.
