Just tested Azuma again right after an lack of some 2 yrs. Nothing much has transformed - the service continues to be good and so may be the sashimi. Regrettably, the udon and the soba remain served in instead lukewarm soup despite the fact that we once again specificallyasked for this to be piping scorching. This is rather irritating because we had a similar problem 2 yrs ago. Seriously chef, I am certain you can do much better than that, which is, observe your customer's demand. Ah well, perhaps the next time I should either steer clear of the udon and soba or ... heaven forbids, the establishment entirely.
