Tim is an excellent cook. His meals is always nicely cooked and tasty. I'd recommend everyone try a minumum of one of his dishes.

We had an extremely good lunch time at Tim's kitchen area: His steak, smoked duck, pork ribs are simply just amazing. strongly suggested. He also acts beer that is fantastic on a very hot afternoon.
