We was introduced to the place not long ago. Only brought my children to attempt out the area. We ordered a brand new seafood fillet porridge, a combined seafood beehoon soup, heavy fried seafood (sua zuin) and a stir-fried vegetable dish. The very clear soup was reallygood, completely seasoned and not loaded with MSG. The sua zuin seafood is performed perfect - crispy pores and skin and fins, yummy.

We were four for supper, around 70 and had a pleasant meal. We purchased two Garouper meals, listed on the Table, and both were outstanding. One was an excellent Fishhead with wide noodles and another a Seafood Porridge. We additional a crispy Chickenside-dish to begin with and cabbage and kailan as veggies. I experienced a Green tea extract and the three women, warm water. We had the green tea and warm water for beverages. The Eating place is spotless however the accoustics could possibly be improved; it will get noisy since it fills up. It really is open up for luch and supper and shut on Tuesdays. Many thanks fred Tay. We proceeded to go close by for dessert at Like a loaf.

Arrived here with my aunties for lunch time also it was certainly a good lunch out there. We shared a large claypot bowl for 3-4 pax. It offers 2 forms of fish, large prawns, 2 forms of seafood balls and veges. We find the slim korean beehoon. The broth is quite tasty. Easy to consume and doesnt make one feel bloated at all.. while you ate a lot. I find the meals fresh and healthy. The atmosphere is good, clean and good lights. Staff efficient. I'd certainly recommend this location. Only thing is We forgot to take pics coz I actually wqs so thrilled to consume. Next time I'll take a pic.

Our seafood claypot noodle soup supper at this relatively fresh establishment was a disappointment therefore... 1. The soup had not been very delicious; the broth was very diluted and didn't have a wealthy flavour. 2. The slices of fish (garoupa) were as well chunky, and in addition lacked flavour. There were no more than half a dozen roughly pieces of catch a twice portion we ordered. 3. Presentation was bad and our purchase appeared and tasted enjoy it was carried out in an excellent hurry. 4. The menu looks extremely messy, disorganised. Explanation and prices in the menu will be unclear or misleading. 5. There are other products on the menus like prawns, clams, vegetables etc. We purchased a fried cabbage with dried shrimps. To become fair, it had been tasty. But once again, the slices of cabbage had been chunky with the solid stems somewhat undercooked. Our claypot seafood noodle soup finished up costing around fifty ringgit which came while a surprise. Alongside the fried cabbage and something hot tea, plus extra charge for warm water we weren't told beforehand, the ultimate bill came around almost seventy dollars which we think about this as being very costly. There is absolutely no effort designed to create an ambience as of this restaurant. Quay Pot is really a place to get a quick food and seems to specialise in seafood noodles inside claypot and/or some other seafood dishes. Taste and worth is in accordance with individuals. But we have this location a thumbs down on both.

Nice location with reasonably easy car parking. Food will be nice. We'd the 3-4 pax set. Combination of fish, huge prawns with coarse beehoon in obvious soup. Excellent. The nyonya laksa soup - we ordered 2 little bowls- that was nice tasting. It’s a greatplace for an informal your meal with friends who like seafood in clear soup with beehoon/ ramen. Cost - slightly pricey however, not overboard.
