This, in lots of respects needs to be my favourite Malay food cafe on Penang Island. The area like all Malay foods outlets is clean yet unpretentious. It's just about a self-serving food wall plug - you join the most common lengthy queue of patrons and pickup the many varieties of meals from the long type of foods trays as you shift along and spend the cashier by the end of the range for what's on your own plate. Nothing fancy however the types of Malay salads, seafood, chicken, squids, curries available is just fantastic. Therefore, if you are searching at checking out some nice genuine Malay food, take a look place out. You will not be disappointed.

I came here within food tour. It had been the very best beef rendang I’ve actually tasted. The fired poultry was great. Okra with a curry sauce and a brand new picked salad with sambal. I’m uncertain how much was compensated because the guide paidfor everything but I can’t imagine it had been much. Certainly god for the beef rendang. It had been amazing.

We decided to try this place after seeing the right reviews. This is a great location for lunch, the options are aplenty. For genuine Malay food, the decision of ulam-ulam and sambal belacan is definitely mouth-watering.It did appeared as if the standard nasi campur stall butsomehow, the taste was much better. My family's timing was excellent, we arrived simply passed the peak lunch time hour plus they were replenishing some tasty looking fried poultry and ikan bawal. I did so not hesitate to consider the fried poultry (smell has been heavenly!) ikan bawal and ikan cencaru (filled with sambal). I furthermore got the somtom and hubby piled-up his plate with various kinds of veggies and sambal belacan. My girl who despised seafood curry actually felt that theirs was excellent. We completely enjoyed our lunch also it was affordability since it costs us significantly less than RM 35.00 with two beverages. Go try out this......great food!

Made a return vacation with some local buddies. Everything remained exactly the same: the excellent variety of freshly-cooked meals and the enthusiastic group and the kampung environment. Will not disappoint any kind of lover of authentic Malay cuisine. Usually do not overlook the tasty sambal belacan with various typesof ulam!

It is a popular Malay rice stall with an extended choice of dishes. Anticipate to queue at peak hrs. We cherished the fried poultry and their seafood curry.

Once you enter there exists a long line for foods, so move early. The meals is self assist and incredibly good. They temperature up any fried products you decide on. After paying for the food it is possible to go and sit back anywhere. Then the beverage ladywill take your purchase. I recommend the complete fried seafood and the pineapple curry. I took the sweeter meals, but there's spicy dishes for anybody. The place is properly held and there are many fans as it will be under a tin roofing. Don't be switched off, the ambiance continues to be good also it isn't too popular. For location it really is close to the floating mosque.

Excellent Malay Flavor...everything is indeed right at this location... The Ayam Negro, Ikan Bawal Goreng, Prawn Curry, Fish Curry, Sambal also the Vegs... Terubok Seafood also one of many Dish for individuals who has more time to gradually eat and enjoy the new fishwhich I usually takes 15 mins to consume the seafood... Do expect an extended queue from lunchtime daily except Sunday...

Whenever I'm in Penang, I alawys head to Lidiana for at the very least a lunch. That is ,my second evaluation and the regularity of Lidiana's curries will be dependable. The selection of meat and seafood curries won't disappoint and costs are reasonable because of this topnotch meals oulet. Another plus will be ample car park areas. The downside will be you must bear the heat when you are experiencing your curry - a little price to cover indeed.

Venturing out for lazy lunch time. The area quite pack because of peak hour. And in addition due to C-19, so have to queue up and get our turn. Im having a good hot bawal fried with kerabu (salad) and kangkung. Helpful people serving to place upall the lauk. Overall very nice.
