We went there tonight, they just opened some time ago, we'd several dishes . Try out the hamachi sashimi , yellow tail tuna belly , flown in from Japan, so excellent. The fried rice was delicious, steak , salmon , prawn balls, prawn tempura. The chef , Stephen , arrived later and we'd a nice talk. So , we had an extremely enjoyable dinner and we'll be back soon

Small Japanese restaurant. Really friendly and attentive personnel. Affordable. Complimentary miso soup with arranged bento box lunches. Limitless refills of Japanese tea. There is also a la carte.

Had supper here and discovered the meals to he quite great. Service is great with attentive employees. The chef himself required time to look for comment and suggestions from the clients when he is free of charge. I find this quite delightful. Recomended

Visited the relatively brand new restaurant on Fri 29 November 2019 for a leisurely lunch. Began with the new ice plant salad on a plate of ice with sesame dip. It had been refreshing n delicious. We implemented that with the vegetarian tempura platter, I thinktempura is really a dish that could assist define a Japanese eating place chef’s credentials. The tempura is usually light n selecting vegetables n display was ideal, the noodle enthusiast was absent, rather the chef utilized inoki mushrooms, the asparagus n mushroom had been delicious. We ordered a bowl of succulent wagyu with onion n leek dressing, and we were set for the primary courses, a single unagi don and something nabeyaki udon, both were satisfying. Tag said if he desires a light lunch he'll just are available for a nabeyaki udon and for me personally I would like to go to for supper, order the sake, do it again a few of light dishes and attempt some new ones Hopefully their restaurant will undoubtedly be prosperous so that we are able to enjoy the food inside our future visits to Penang

We came at about 7pm to possess dinner, there were just a big desk of 7 and a little table of 2 weren't served. Beverages were served very first. A couple of came in around 20 mins later to purchase takeaway. Food still not really offered. 30minslater, the takeaway foods was served initial. We requested the waitress why the couple who emerged much later on than us obtain the food 1st. She informed us because is really a takeaway, therefore meals is served quicker. What sort of cause is this? Will it mean I must purchase takeaway for my foods to become prioritised? We waited for 1 complete hour for the food to come. In case you are brief of staff I could understand, but to leap queue to assist a takeaway very first is unacceptable. I'm sorry to say but I'm very disappointed.

We waited for one hour for some of sushi and soba. We asked for the order position for at least two times and the waiter described the chef was producing our order. Then your same waiter provided us a ridiculous excuse ‘takeaway 1st’ when wesaw our purchase being skipped. Another waiter was occupied chit chatting with various other tables when she understood we weren't happy. Damage control had not been attempted. I believe their management was awful.

We ordered take-away because of lockdown. Just what a huge dissapointment. Beef noodle soup nearly inedible. Both soup and noodles. Sushi with grey coloured tuna. Never again.

Had an extremely pleasant dinner at there, selection of sushi menu to select. Suggest crunchy salmon, spicy tuna roll. Tempura was lighting and crispy and spicy poultry karaage will be crispy and juicy with a hint of spice. Spicy ramen very good, can select spicy levelfrom 1-40. You might come to challenge in case you are proficient at spicy food. There is also variety bento set menu like poultry teriyaki, salmon steak, saba steak and much more. All bento fixed offered with miso soup. Purchase green tea extract for unlimited refill. Employees was nice friendly aswell. Very clean and great environment Japanese Eating place in Tanjung Bungah.
